The comedy in the lounge was great and the wait staff served the room quickly but unobtrusively.Įveryone we spoke to from Black Oak was professional and acted like they really enjoyed their job and wanted to give us the best possible service. The creme brulee portion was also normal but the quality was the best I've ever had. The pork chop meal was so big I took some back to our room. The ROASTED BONE MARROW, COLOSSAL, SHRIMP COCKTAIL, BONE-IN PORK CHOP & CREME BRULEE were as good as anything I've had at a five-star restaurant in San Francisco. She never rushed us and we really enjoyed our lunch, in large part thanks to Skylar. We opted for a leisurely lunch and Skylar went above and beyond with her helpful suggestions and explanations with a variety of menu items. Everyone was professional and helpful but our server, Skylar really stood out. The service was prompt, and the food was as good as anything I have had in San Francisco or any other five-star venue.
Our meal at the Seven Sitters was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable, even though we had requested early check in, the room was ready in a few hours and had been thoroughly cleaned and stocked.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
